🔑 Activation Key Recovery

If you have purchased a license and need to recover your activation key, the request must be made exclusively by email for security and validation reasons.

How to request recovery:

Use exactly the following subject line in the email:
[ACTIVATION_KEY][GET] Evidence Collector Pro
In the body of the message, provide (if possible):
- The email used for the purchase
- The approximate date of acquisition
- Any additional information that helps locate your license

This information assists in validation and speeds up service.

Note

Due to technical limitations of the website builder used for this site, the email subject is not automatically filled when clicking the contact link.

For this reason, it is essential that the subject line provided above is copied and used manually when sending the activation key recovery request email.
